Drawing curious onlookers and coffee and tea sipping novel readers as much as it does hungry diners, Oasis Coffee & Tea is an organic work of art filled with water elements, fountains, sculptures and wind chimes. They also serve some pretty great food.

Along with espresso drinks, Italian sodas, teas and fruit beverages, Oasis offers a, um, garden variety of flavors for breakfast (quiche, egg sandwich, breakfat taco) and lunch (paninis, salads, soups). Equally intriguing, albeit just as brief, is the dinner menu at Oasis, which features appealing entrées such as baked scallops and mushrooms sautéed in wine and butter, Mediterranean “pizzola,” slow roasted pork tacos and four cheese lasagna.

Whether you enter Oasis to stimulate your stomach or your eyes, this one-of-a-kind Corrales destination isn’t likely to disappoint.
